Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- The Sogwipho Police Station took such fascist action as arresting four persons including the general secretary of the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification and the executive chairman of the All-Islanders Measure Committee for Checking the Jeju Military Base of south Korea on charges of disturbing the performance of its special duty, according to the south Korean KBS on Sept. 4.

The police took this action, charging they opposed the Jeju naval base construction and disturbed the arrest of the chief of the Kangjong Village Association and others.
