Beijing, September 5 (KCNA) -- Li Yuanchao, head of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, called for training able personnel in Xinjiang.

Speaking at a symposium held in Urumqi, China, recently, Li said that in order to promote the training of able personnel it is imperative to use existing able personnel in an effective way and help them distinguish themselves in their work.

It is also important to select competent people steadfast in the political aspect and high in self-sacrificing spirit, and send them to Xinjiang, he added.
