Beijing, September 2 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry Thursday voiced the Chinese government's will to boost the relations with Vietnam.

Ma Zhaoxu told a press conference that China is ready to properly develop the relations with Vietnam by strengthening bilateral friendly exchange and practical cooperation.
