Mindset of South Korean People Desirous of Reunification Ridiculed

Pyongyang, September 3 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities on August 30 replaced Hyon In Thaek, minister of Unification, with other one.

Hyon is the chief criminal who shaped "no nukes, opening and 3 000 dollars", the policy for confrontation with the DPRK, and drove the inter-Korean relations to catastrophe.

It was none other than Hyon who was busy orchestrating conspiratorial farces and conducting false propaganda to quell the south Korean people's desire to achieve reunification through alliance with the north and incite the consciousness of confrontation with fellow countrymen and let loose a spate of vituperation that "the north is not an honest-minded neighbor" and "the south cannot live with the north in this bright world" only to stun all people.

That was why the south Korean people staged actions calling for the cancellation of the policy for confrontation with the DPRK and the resignation of traitor Hyon in different parts of south Korea, labeling him the first target of the "four traitors in the year of tiger" identical to the "five traitors of 1905" and his ministry of Unification an anti-reunification ministry for confrontation.

This strong popular protest compelled the south Korean authorities to replace Hyon with other one this time.

But they orchestrated another burlesque mocking at the mindset of the people desirous of independence, peace and reunification.

The puppet ruling forces dismissed Hyon from the post of the minister of Unification but transferred him to the post of the special assistant of the "president" for unification policy invested with the authority to specialize in coordinating the unification issue.

This is little short of invariably sticking to the policy for confrontation with the DPRK.

This is evidenced by the fact that the chief executive of south Korea said that "the policy toward the north does not change though the minister of Unification was replaced".
