Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The Kyodo News of Japan hosted a reception at Pyongyang Koryo Hotel Thursday to mark the 5th anniversary of its Pyongyang Office.

Present there on invitation were Director General Kim Pyong Ho and other officials of the KCNA and officials concerned.

On hand were the members of the delegation of Kyodo News and its affiliated agencies headed by Satoshi Ishikawa, president of Kyodo News, on a visit to the DPRK.

Speeches were made there.
