Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Emmanuel Djelassern Nadingar upon his reappointment as prime minister of Chad.

The message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger day by day and wished him greater success in his work for national unity and the economic development of the country.

Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a similar message to Moussa Faki Mahamat upon his reappointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and African Integration on the same day.
