Beijing, August 25 (KCNA) -- Hong Kong University in China celebrated its centennial anniversary on Aug. 18.

Addressing the celebration, Li Keqiang, vice-premier of the State Council, congratulated the university on its anniversary on behalf of the central government.

The university should train many able personnel and greatly contribute to the development of Hong Kong and the nation, he said.
