Beijing, August 24 (KCNA) -- Hui Liangyu, vice-premier of the State Council of China, recently called for taking proper measures to prevent fire.

Referring to several fires that occurred in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City some time ago, the vice-premier said an anti-fire responsibility system should be established in the country to prevent fire.
