Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- A large number of Americans staged a demonstration outside the White House in Washington on August 20 to protest the authorities' wrong environment policy.

Protesters said a new oil pipeline from Canada to the Gulf Coast the authorities plan to lay could be bad for the environment.

They demanded an immediate cancellation of the plan.
