Beijing, August 18 (KCNA) -- The Chinese city of Tianjin made rules of building kindergartens in new residential districts for education of children under school age.

The General Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government recently issued a notice that any plan to construct a residential district without kindergarten can not be approved.
