Pyongyang, August 18 (KCNA) -- Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a message of greeting to Walid Al-Muallem, minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, on the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and Syria.

The message said that the two countries have boosted the ties of friendship, supporting and closely cooperating with each other in various fields after the establishment of diplomatic ties and expressed the belief that the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation with a long history and tradition would continue to vigorously develop.
