Pyongyang, August 18 (KCNA) -- DPRK Minister of Foreign Affairs Pak Ui Chun Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to Erato Kozakou Marcoullis on her appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus.

He expressed the belief that the bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation would continue to develop favorably and wished the Cypriot foreign minister success in her work.
