Moscow, August 14 (KCNA) -- Russian Permanent Representative to NATO Dmitri Rogozin recently suggested referring the establishment of missile defense (MD) system in Europe to a public debate.

Speaking at the Norwegian Foreign Policy Institute, he said MD expected to be deployed in Europe is viewed as part of a military complex the U.S. wants to bring to the continent.
