Beijing, August 14 (KCNA) -- The Chinese State Council recently released a "2011-2020 program for development of Chinese children" the keynote of which is pre-school education.

The program envisages 70 percent of kindergarten enrollments for those three years before schooling and 95 percent for those one year before schooling. It also calls for increasing public kindergartens in towns and villages.
