Beijing, August 10 (KCNA) -- The State Forestry Administration of China has launched a special action for cracking down on illegal deforestation.

The main targets of the special action are such practices as destroying forests, upturning hillside land for tillage, illegally owning woodland for construction and mining under the pretext of land development and rezoning.
