Pyongyang, August 10 (KCNA) -- Premier of the DPRK Choe Yong Rim got familiar with the work in different domains of the national economy from August 6 to 10.

He went round the national exhibition of August 3 consumer goods, the Anju Insulating Material Factory, the Rakrang District Fuel Station, the Pyongyang 326 Electric Wire Factory and the East Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant and held consultative meetings with officials concerned.

The meetings discussed measures to boost the production of quality consumer goods, put the production of insulating materials on a Juche basis, supply sufficient quantities of fuel for the people's living, increase the production of electric wire urgently required by different domains of the national economy and satisfactorily ensure coal for power production, true to the high intention of leader Kim Jong Il.
