Pyongyang, August 10 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Manuel Pinto Da Costa, president-elect of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe.
