Pyongyang, August 10 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim on August 9 sent a congratulatory message to Yingluck Shinawatra upon her appointment as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Choe in the message wished Yingluck Shinawatra success in her work for the stability and prosperity of the country, expressing belief that the long-standing friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would steadily grow stronger as desired by the peoples of the two countries.
