Havana, August 9 (KCNA) -- The Cuban Supreme People's Court Friday rejected an appeal of U.S. spy Alan Phillip Gross arrested for acts threatening the country's security and territorial integrity.

The spy had appealed against the 15-year prison sentence passed by the Havana Court.

The Supreme People's Court also disallowed defense.
