Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias on Wednesday expressed sympathy with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's remark that the U.S. lives on the world economy, said the Russian news agency ITAR-TASS.

In an article posted on his website he said the strategic proposal for introducing sucre is of great value and called for putting an end to dictatorship of dollar.
