Moscow, August 3 (KCNA) -- Leonid Slutski, first vice-chairman of the State Duma International Affairs Committee of Russia, recently warned the U.S. State Department of its decision to apply a visa restriction to some Russian officials.

The U.S. decision is undermining the confidence between Russia and the U.S. and Russia's reaction to it will be strong, he added.
