Beijing, August 3 (KCNA) -- A central guidance group of the Communist Party of China (CPC) recently released a document calling for carrying on activities for building advanced grass-root party organizations serving the people.

Public units and service establishments should maintain the principle of people first and governance for the people, and improve working style and ability in order to properly serve the people, the document said.

Thereby, the activities should become a process acceptable to masses, it noted.
