Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- Yom Pong Jin, chief secretary of the Wonsan City Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, met and had a friendly talk with leading officers of the flotilla of training ship and frigate of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army headed by Vice Admiral Tian Zhong, commander of the North Sea Fleet of the Navy, on Thursday when the latter paid a courtesy call on him.
