S. Korean Military Prosecution Authorities' Fascist Action Disclosed

Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- The south Korean newspaper Kyunghyang Daily News on August 2 disclosed that the prosecution authorities of the puppet forces indicted a teacher of a naval academy on June 27 on charges of the violation of the "National Security Law" while taking issue with his teaching program.

According to it, the fascist authorities took such action, claiming the books written by authors of classics he had in possession and "Study of President Kim Il Sung's anti-Japanese guerrilla movement in Manchuria", "Korean People's Revolutionary Army-politics of memory and politics of reality" and other documents he received from Internet were "literature benefiting the enemy".

The prosecution charged him with sympathizing with the stand of the north for the mere reason that in his 2009 teaching program he explained the formation of the Association for the Restoration of the Fatherland, the Pochonbo Battle and the agrarian reform carried out in the northern half of Korea right after liberation.

The authorities are set to hold a trial of him at the Taejon Military Court on August 9.
