War Victory Day of Korean People Marked by Foreign Organizations

Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- Organizations of different countries posted special write-ups on their Internet homepages on July 25 and 27 on the 58th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy posted an article titled "Great victory in Fatherland Liberation War" illustrated with a photo of President Kim Il Sung acknowledging the cheers of the masses.

The DPRK won the victory in the war, honorably protecting the sovereignty and dignity of the country and defending the global peace and security by shattering the moves of the U.S. to dominate the world, the article said.

The feats the President performed in winning the victory in the war and the tradition of the Korean people's victory remain shining more brilliantly thanks to General Secretary Kim Jong Il, it noted.

The Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea posted on its homepage an article accompanied by a photo of Kim Il Sung making the historic radio address "Go All Out for Victory in the War".

The article praised the undying feats the peerlessly great man performed by defeating the U.S. imperialists, who boasted of being the "strongest" in the world, with his ever-changing strategies and tactics and extraordinary commanding art.

The France-Korea Friendship Association in an article said the Songun politics provides a sure guarantee for preventing a war in the Korean Peninsula, ensuring peace and security there and defending the sovereignty and dignity of the country.

The Association will conduct more extensive activities to get a peace treaty concluded between the DPRK and the U.S., the article noted.
