Speaking to Iran's official news agency IRNA, the minister said his country is seeking reopening of relations with other countries through dialogue held on an equal footing.

The lifting of sanctions against Iran's companies may be a positive signal for the British government in reexamining diplomatic ties with Iran, he added.
