At a time when the dangerous situation deciding a war or peace is prevailing in the peninsula, building a peace-keeping mechanism presents itself as a very important and urgent issue, the resolution said.

The armistice agreement should be replaced by a peace agreement, it said, calling upon the youth and students to take the lead in the actions for achieving peace in the peninsula.

Any act of inciting a war on the part of the separatist forces denying the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, a programme for implementing it, would never be tolerated, it stressed.
