Russia Calls for Confidence Building in MD Project

| Moscow, July 28 (KCNA) -- Dmitri Rogozin, Russian permanent representative to NATO, at a recent press conference, called for building confidence in establishing the missile defense (MD) system in Europe. He said that it is impossible to cooperate with each other in the project without mutual confidence, and vice versa. Russia wants to become a practical partner in the project, not a passive onlooker to U.S. acts like a tourist. |
