Present at the talks from the DPRK side were members of the delegation and the DPRK ambassador to Singapore and from the opposite side were the permanent secretary of the Foreign Ministry and others concerned.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the issue to boost the bilateral friendly relations and a series of issues of mutual concern.
