China's State Council Calls for Boosting Land Management

| Beijing, July 26 (KCNA) -- China's State Council, in a statement released on July 20 after an executive meeting presided over by Premier Wen Jiabao, underscored the need to boost land management . The statement called on local authorities to strictly supervise land use in line with rules and regulations, saying land use for major projects should be approved before construction starts. |
