China Promotes Six Generals

| Beijing, July 25 (KCNA) -- China's Central Military Commission (CMC) conferred the rank of general on six senior military officers on Saturday. Participating in the promotion ceremony held in Beijing were the CMC Chairman Hu Jintao, vice-chairmen Xi Jinping, Guo Boxiong and Xu Caihou and other officials. |
