U.S. Should Change Policy towards DPRK
Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- The Strategy Institute under U.S. Army College announced a report on July 19 calling for switchover in the U.S. administration's policy towards the DPRK.

The report said there is chance for the U.S. administration to repair its policy towards the DPRK, adding that it would be hard to expect progress in implementing this policy unless the U.S. comes out for dialogue with the DPRK.

The U.S. should reach a level of establishing diplomatic ties with the DPRK at last through phases of dialogue, negotiation and cultural exchange, it said.

The use of force and rupture of dialogue would bring adverse effect, the report said, urging the U.S. to provide a new treaty replacing the Armistice Agreement with the DPRK and ensure security to the DPRK.
