Japanese Organizations Protest U.S. Nuclear Tests

| Pyongyang, July 25 (KCNA) -- Atomic bomb survivors' groups in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in southwestern Japan on Wednesday lodged protests against the United States for conducting sub-critical nuclear tests last December and this February. They suspected that the United States' "real intent is to retain its position as a nuclear power," given the repeated sub-critical nuclear and other experiments to test new nuclear technology. They urged the Japanese government to protest the tests strongly. |
