U.S. Conducts Sub-critical Nuclear Tests

Pyongyang, July 23 (KCNA) -- The United States is resorting to nuclear tests for the development of new type nuclear weapons despite the strong protest and denunciation by the international community.

Sub-critical nuclear tests were conducted at the underground test ground in Nevada State on December 1 last year and on February 2 this year, the U.S. Department of Energy said on July 19.
