Vietnam to Further Develop Relations with DPRK
Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) -- The Vietnamese party, government and people remain steadfast in the will to boost the relations with the DPRK, said Deng The Huynh, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., Communist Party of Vietnam.

He, chairman of the Commission for Information and Education of the Party, Tuesday had a friendly talk with the visiting delegation of DPRK's Rodong Sinmun headed by Associate Editor Kim Won Sok.

Deng congratulated the Korean people on their successes made in building a socialist thriving nation under the guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea led by Kim Jong Il.

We are rejoiced over the fact that the traditional ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries provided by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung have developed on good terms, he said.

He expressed the will to further develop these relations through exchange and cooperation.
