S. Korean Puppet Human Right Committee's Repressive Actions Slammed
Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea on July 18 issued a commentary condemning the puppet Human Rights Committee for its repressive actions.

The committee is set to punish 11 members who staged a demonstration in protest against the unreasonable lay-off, the commentary said.

The above-said protest was made because Lee Myung Bak appointed anti-human rights element Hyon Pyong Chol as its chairman, it noted.

It was Hyon who paralyzed the function of the human rights institution and took actions against democracy, it said, adding that this was the reason why members of the committee resigned en masse last year.

It is quite hard for the committee to properly perform its job as long as such guy busy doing everything for the sake of the Lee regime only, indifferent to the human rights, is allowed to stay in the committee, it said, urging him to cancel the repressive step at once and step down.
