Lee Myung Bak's Dictatorial Action Accused in S. Korea
Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- The south Korean newspaper Hangyore on July 16 carried an editorial accusing traitor Lee Myung Bak of his dictatorial and arbitrary action.

The reshuffle carried out by Lee Myung Bak against the people's mindset is nothing new but his informal designation of the minister of Justice and the chief prosecutor on July 15 was a more arbitrary action, the paper said, adding: Never has the proposal for informally designating Cabinet ministers evoked such strong uproar of public circles.

Nevertheless, Lee carried out the unreasonable reshuffle, it noted, predicting that with this reshuffle as an occasion, important posts of the "government" will be held by those hailing from the same areas and those who graduated from the same university as the chief executive did.

Kwon Jae Jin was informally designated to succeed to the minister of Justice though he was reported to have virtually steered the former chief prosecutor and the minister of Justice at the time when he was chief secretary for civil affairs and Han Sang Dae to succeed to the chief prosecutor though he downplayed, distorted and concealed irregularities and corruption of the ruling quarters, the editorial said, adding: It is, therefore, as clear as daylight how various laws will be enforced and lots of cases be investigated under the present regime.
