Japan's Ambition to Stage Comeback to Korea Blasted
Pyongyang, July 19 (KCNA) -- Japan is set to lay a groundwork for the advance of the Japan "Self-Defence Forces" into the Korean Peninsula without any trouble in "contingency" on the peninsula by realizing "tripartite security dialogue" involving the United States, Japan and south Korea, according to a diplomatic cable of the U.S. embassy in Tokyo disclosed by WikiLeaks.

Minju Joson Tuesday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This provides a clear testimony that Japan by no means remains unconcerned about the situation on the Korean Peninsula but it is dreaming of realizing its ambition to stage comeback to Korea at any cost when the time comes.

Japan professes the principle of "exclusive defense." So, there is no need for it to be busy sending SDF, warships and aircraft to other countries on account of anything happening there.

It is the strategy of the U.S. to form a triangular military alliance grouping the U.S., Japan and south Korea and, on this basis, to pursue military hegemony and domination over East Asia.

It is the ridiculous calculation of Japan that its zealous pursuance of the U.S. strategy to dominate the region would help gain a chance of military intervention in the Korean Peninsula, the world's biggest hotspot, and, furthermore, secure a pretext for igniting a war of overseas aggression.

Japan is rushing headlong into a war, not peace, after totally reneging on its commitment made before the international community.

If the Japanese reactionaries dare launch reinvasion, the army and people of the DPRK will deal the most telling blows at them till they are completely wiped out, warns commentary.
