Venezuelan President Calls for Pushing forward Socialist Construction

| Pyongyang, July 19 (KCNA) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias, speaking at a Cabinet meeting on July 14, called for speeding up socialist construction. It is only possible to go over to Bolivar socialism from capitalism, he said. He underlined the need to intensify the building of Venezuelan-style socialism based on the theory of scientific planning now being applied in practice. |
