Eurasian Union Will Start Work from 2013: Russian PM

Moscow, July 17 (KCNA) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said at a recent interview that the Eurasian Union would start its work from 2013.

Full-scale preparations are now under way and a declaration of the union would be signed next year, he said.
