Chinese Party Official Refers to Party Role

| Beijing, July 17 (KCNA) -- The secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China referred to the role of the party at the 15th plenary meeting of the 9th municipal committee of the CPC held between July 11 and 12.
