S. Korea's "White Paper on Human Rights of North" under Fire
Pyongyang, July 18 (KCNA) -- The "2011 white paper on human rights of the north" recently released by the Institute for Unification Studies of south Korea is an anti-DPRK document full of fraud, deception and fabrication, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in a bylined commentary.

It was an unpardonable politically-motivated provocation to the DPRK for the Institute to publish the white paper, the commentary said, adding that this reveals the criminal attempt to realize the traitorous ambition for "unifying systems."

The commentary went on:

Man is regarded as the most valuable being in the DPRK under Korean-style socialist system centered on the popular masses. It is a genuine system for the people guaranteeing all members of the society political freedom and rights.

There are real human rights abuses in south Korea which is under military occupation by foreign forces and fascist dictatorship.

What is at issue is why the puppet group so frantically kicks up anti-DPRK "human rights" row, even lost to shame. The group seeks to tarnish the image of the DPRK and realize its ambition for "unifying systems" even by spreading lies and hatching plots.

The Lee Myung Bak group should clearly understand that its attempt to bring down the dignified system in the DPRK through the sordid "human rights" smear campaign is as foolish an act as trying to eclipse the sunlight with a palm.

The south Korean conservative group's anti-DPRK "human rights" row will only precipitate its miserable ruin.
