S. Korean Authorities Hit for Violating Workers' Vital Rights
Pyongyang, July 18 (KCNA) -- Members of the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea launched an indefinite hunger strike on July 14 in protest against the puppet authorities' violation of the vital rights of the workers.

They declared they began the strike to denounce the "government" and the company sides for their unreasonable lay-off and suppression of trade unions and demand the guarantee of workers' vital rights together with the chairman of the Confederation of Trade Unions who started the hunger strike on July 13.

The DLP would fight it out in solidarity with all the workers struggling for the genuine life of the people, they stated.
