The UN defined Venezuela as a country with no drug-related crimes but the U.S. included it in the list of those countries not honoring the international convention on anti-drug campaign, he said, adding:

This shows the U.S. is abusing the anti-drug action as a political weapon against Venezuela.

Referring to the gains made by his country through the anti-drug campaign this year, he said the U.S. tops the world list of the illegal drug users.
