Japan Seeks Overseas Expansion

| Pyongyang, July 15 (KCNA) -- The authorities of Japan are working hard to realize its ambition for overseas expansion. The Japanese government on July 8 decided to extend by one year the Maritime Self-Defense Forces' antipiracy mission off Somalia, due to end July 23. Japan has reportedly maintained two destroyers for escorting, two P-3C patrol planes and about 580 troops in waters off Somalia. |
