China to Direct Efforts to Construction of Water Facilities

| Beijing, July 13 (KCNA) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao stressed the need to direct efforts to the construction of water facilities, speaking at a meeting on the matter held in Beijing on July 8 and 9.
