The work, published on September 9, Juche 67(1978), clarifies the tasks for fully applying the Juche idea in state activities and energetically making the three revolutions, frustrating the "two Koreas" plot of the separatists at home and abroad and achieving the peaceful reunification of the country.

It also indicates the tasks facing the newly-emerging countries to get united and struggle against all forms of hegemony including imperialism.
