Haejachongthong, Ancient Weapon of Korean Nation
Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- Among historical remains associated with the wisdom and talents of the Korean people is Haejachongthong (a kind of gunpowder weapon).

The gun, made of bronze, was used in the 17th century, loaded with three shots.

It has two horns on both sides of the barrel and a 6mm-across foresight in the center of the barrel. The gun is 61cm long.

A device was installed to protect the muzzle from fire and the flask is much thicker than the barrel.

"Haejaho", the name of the gun, was inscribed in its middle and the manual in its end.
