Russian FM on Dialogue with US over Missile Shield

| Moscow, July 7 (KCNA) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov referred to the Russia-U.S. dialogue over the missile defend system at a recent meeting of the International Affairs Committee of the State Duma. Russia-U.S. dialogue is now underway but it has not yet made any big progress, he said, adding bilateral relations are not always optimistic. |
