Book Comes Off Press
Pyongyang, July 7 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House published the book "Collection of Data about the Revolutionary History of the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung" Vol. 13 compiled by the Party History Institute of the Central Committee of the WPK.

The book deals with the revolutionary activities conducted by President Kim Il Sung from Oct. Juche 28 (1939) to Aug. Juche 29 (1940).

Chapter 1 of the book records the teachings given by him while recollecting the period of the large-unit circling operation of the main forces of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army and when he organized and led the separate activities to finally foil the Japanese imperialists' "special clean-up campaign for maintaining public peace in the southeastern areas."

Chapter 2 of the book contains the reminiscences of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters who experienced the greatness of Kim Il Sung.

Chapter 3 deals with Korean and foreign publications which introduced battles commanded by Kim Il Sung and the activities of the KPRA and secret documents of the Japanese imperialist army, police, secret agency and the puppet Manchukuo.

The book has an appendix dealing with materials about the Japanese imperialists' moves to escalate the war at that time and other data and publications that introduced the development of the anti-Japanese and anti-war struggle of the Korean people under the influence of the anti-Japanese armed struggle.
